Support a global initiative to digitalize People Management processes and standardize core employee data by contributing to the rollout of the Global People Platform
Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, advising on technical design and application configuration
Configure, customize, and test People applications based on business requirements, providing ongoing maintenance and technical support
Create clear solution documentation and deliver user training to support adoption and consistent ways of working
Monitor integrations and data quality, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed
Requirements
Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or as a Key User/Admin in a People systems environment
Good knowledge of People business processes; experience with SAP HCM is a asset
Strong understanding of configuration dependencies and integration points across People application modules
Excellent analytical skills, with advanced MS Excel proficiency and strong overall digital literacy
Clear communicator and collaborative team player, comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
