Moderate and respond to comments on clients' social platforms, respecting their brand voice and tone.
Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and increase engagement.
Help maintain safe, respectful online communities that align with clients' guidelines.
Identify and escalate issues, trends, or insights to the internal team as needed.
Develop a strong understanding of client brands: strategy, tone, and target audience.

Excellent written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English and French, with strong cultural sensitivity.
Experience managing social platforms, particularly moderation and community interaction.
Ability to write for brands and adapt tone to different audiences.
Familiarity with major platforms (Facebook, etc.) — a personal account may be required depending on client needs.
Comfortable engaging with a variety of topics (technology, retail, food & beverage, hospitality, tourism, health, pharmaceutical, etc.).
Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and a strong customer-service orientation.
Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.
