Provide strategic leadership to guide technology decisions across architecture areas
Lead a team of architects in day-to-day operations
Collaborate with technology teams to define technology strategy
Review and approve architecture designs for project delivery
Develop and communicate the Bank's technology architecture plan
Ensure that solutions are integrated and aligned with overall enterprise architecture
Build and maintain a pipeline of team initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
Master’s degree in technology or business desirable
7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture
At least 3 years in a leadership role desirable
Experience in architecting enterprise applications across the application, data, and infrastructure domains
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices
Experience in managing and driving enterprise architecture capabilities within a large corporation
Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred.
