Infrastructure Engineer III

Role Overview

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of a hybrid network spanning Microsoft Azure, Equinix data center, remote offices, and remote users
• This hands-on role drives secure connectivity, cloud-first networking, and SD-WAN adoption while ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 4 – 6 years of related experience OR High School Diploma or GED with 6-8 years of related experience
• Strong experience with Azure networking, hybrid environments, and WAN/SD-WAN
• Hands-on with enterprise routing, switching, and firewall technologies
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, subnetting
• Routing: BGP (required), OSPF
• Azure: VNet design, peering, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, NSGs, Azure Firewall
• Firewalls: Strong experience with Palo Alto Networks (required/preferred) and other NGFWs
• SD-WAN and remote access (IPSec/SSL VPN, ZTNA)
• Monitoring tools (Dynatrace, PRTG, Datadog, Azure Monitor)
• Remote employees must live within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, New York, California, or Hawaii
