Broad and deep understanding of technical software development, implementation programmes, and interrelated technology dependencies.
Experience in managing AI-related programmes is advantageous, but adaptability and a willingness to learn and pivot in emerging technology areas is essential.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and tailor messaging for executives, technical teams, and business leaders.
Strong financial governance capabilities, including managing programme budgets, tracking benefits realisation, and understanding cost, utilisation, and revenue impacts.
Familiarity with multiple delivery frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches, and the ability to apply them effectively at programme level.
