Allocate all necessary resources to meet project objectives, corporate financial, and customer satisfaction goals
Direct communication to the customer's organization and relevant senior stakeholders internally throughout the life of the project
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Requirements
BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience in project/program management or services management
PMP highly desired; CAPM or PM Masters Certificate is a plus.
Understanding of Motorola Solutions software organization and deployment of those software solutions
Experience with Public Safety communications, Military communications, Civil construction, or IT Networks.
Must be able to obtain necessary security clearance as required by local, state, and federal government contracts, which include criminal and financial background investigations.
Experience leading highly complex projects
Excellent presentation skills are required.
Ability to apply critical thinking skills to make decisions, troubleshoot issues, identify mitigation strategies and exercise good judgment in the selection of methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Ability to work collaboratively with all team members
Ability to effectively communicate with relevant peer and senior stakeholders
Strong verbal and written skills; fluency in English.
Proficient in Google Suite; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) is a plus.
Strong aggressive/creative problem-solving, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
