Role Overview
- Program, prepare, set up, adjust, and operate medium
- and high-complexity CNC machining equipment
- Ensure dimensional accuracy, product quality, productivity, and process safety
- Provide technical input to optimize machining and support Level I CNC Programmers
Requirements
- Technical diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Machining, or related fields
- Higher education in progress in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields preferred
- Intermediate/advanced CNC programming (lathe and machining center)
- Experience using CAM software
- Advanced ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T
- Dimensional metrology and tolerance control
- Machining processes for toolmaking
- Cutting tools, materials, and machining parameters
- Machine elements and mechanical adjustments
