Champion of the Total Reliability Management Process
Facilitate the strategic development and implementation of maintenance strategies, standards, and processes
Continuously improve equipment reliability
Provide specialist guidance and advice on asset care management
Address problems with asset care program and lead the implementation of corrective actions
Manage required asset care systems and ensure functional and data integrity of information
Support overall condition monitoring activities
Assist with the on-going continuous improvement Support Asset Reliability Work Processes – eg FMEA, RCA, and Equipment Criticality Assessment
Provide technical support & expertise to troubleshoot, identify root causes, and improve reliability

5+ years of experience in maintenance or reliability engineering
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology or related
Strong communication, leadership, and facilitation skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively work with all levels in the organization
Knowledge of equipment maintenance trouble-shooting and best practices
Knowledgeable in predictive maintenance tools such as Vibration, Ultrasound, Thermography ISO category 1 vibration preferred.
Experience with a maintenance management system (SAP preferred)
