Pharmacy Account Manager

Role Overview

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly
• Analyze complex client needs and assist in developing practical solutions
• Maintain reporting and tracking of client issues
• Provide regular updates and reports on account status and client feedback
• Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a client / customer service-based environment or in a previous Account Manager role
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Web applications
• Ability to travel up to 25%
