Account Manager – Analyst

Role Overview

• overseeing all day-to-day PBM operations
• acting as the liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams
• ensuring timely/successful delivery of client requests
• managing the resolution status of routine to complex requests
• driving resolution within a timely manner and ensuring that all Client Performance Guarantees are met

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a client services-based environment or previous account management experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Able to be on camera for meetings with reliable attendance
