Role Overview
- Understand business needs and priorities and communicate them clearly to the team;
- Collaborate with teams through workshops and collaborative working sessions;
- Monitor product development to ensure quality and alignment with business requirements, respecting agreed timelines and costs;
- Refine and prioritize the backlog by drafting user stories and acceptance criteria;
- Participate in product reviews and retrospectives with the teams;
- Document product definitions and related information according to the proposed information model;

- Experience in process and information mapping, data dictionary creation, and requirements elicitation;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively;
- Knowledge of the business domain for which the role is being hired;
- Product Owner certification;
- Sense of urgency and discipline.
