Bachelor's degree.
Experience in financial analysis, including reading and interpreting the Income Statement (DRE), Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet.
Experience in operational analysis, including building and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs).
Knowledge of process management methodologies and organizational excellence practices.
Experience in strategic planning, including goal definition and cascading, building area objectives (OKRs, BSC, or similar), and preparing executive reports for leadership.
Experience implementing management processes and corporate governance.
Experience in the pharmaceutical sector, especially in innovation, business development, or product launches.
Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI and SQL.
Experience using generative AI solutions (such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) applied to process optimization, management, and strategic planning.
