Role Overview
- Provide customer service via phone and WhatsApp;
- Conduct debt negotiations;
- Prepare collection reports;
- Support credit analysis and collections processes;
- Contribute to process improvements and the monitoring of credit management;
- Manage department data.
Requirements
- High school diploma or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics (preferred);
- Experience in the Finance area and interest in Credit;
- Advantage: Experience with credit analysis;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Fast typing skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
