Independent management of own schedule to coordinate regular internal and customer meetings
Build account intimacy with value added touch points, generate sales leads and leverage various products F.A.B to meet the customer's needs.
Manage all aspects of multiple customer accounts and coordinate input and support from other internal business functions
Gain deep expertise in both 3M/Solventum and competitor products.
Identify and foster opportunities to identify, develop and utilise Key Opinion Leaders.

A Degree in Sales/Marketing/Nursing or any medical related field
Min 3-5 years of sales related experience in medical devices sales in Malaysia.
Experience working in an Operating Theatre environment
Strong working relationships with operating theatre nurses, CSSD personnels and surgeons would be an added advantage
A mature individual with a business development and a winning mindset
Strong analytical thinking
