Managing the complete order lifecycle, ensuring accurate fulfillment, timely execution, cost efficiency, and proper documentation.
Addressing shipping disruptions such as delays, lost shipments, customs holds and compliance issues effectively.
Collaborating with manufacturing and repair vendors to monitor order status and returns.
Partnering with internal teams to communicate timelines, resolve and flag inventory discrepancies, and improve fulfillment speed.
Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics for order accuracy, on-time delivery, and vendor reliability.
Building ad hoc reports to manage orders in queue as they hit set milestones.

3+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, or international shipping.
Be experienced in fulfillment /order management and end-to-end logistics process.
Be familiar with customs documentation, Incoterms, and global freight processes.
Have advanced Excel and analytical skills and be familiar with working across systems (ERP, WMS, tracking tools).
Have good problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
Be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
