Take responsibility for written content in digital experiences, ensuring clarity, consistency, and user value.
Translate business goals, regulatory requirements, and user insights into clear, actionable copy in close collaboration with design, product, legal, and business teams.
Contribute to usability testing, turning insights into strategic content improvements.
Organize localizations in collaboration with the Baltic Communication team, who support translations and consistency in local languages
while you remain accountable for the overall content experience.
Requirements
A proven track record as a UX writer or copywriter for digital products or services.
Excellent written communication skills in English and Estonian.
A strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive content quality across multiple products and close collaboration with stakeholders.
Ability to effectively advocate for the user and present copy direction to the team.
Understanding of UX design process.
