Technically lead and mentor a team of Java developers, perform code reviews, define coding standards, and facilitate sharing the best practices.
Represent the Corporate Lending domain in cross ‑ team architectural discussions.
Lead technical design discussions and help to make pragmatic trade ‑ offs between business needs, risk, and long ‑ term sustainability.
Stay hands ‑ on where it matters most, be it developing new features, investigating complex technical issues, or doing a deep dive into why a legacy system process failed.
Help make sensible decisions, needed to keep the legacy systems “lights on” while investing most of the efforts into getting the new ecosystem ready.

Minimum of 5 years of practical experience as a full stack engineer developing and deploying Java applications.
At least 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or senior Java engineer working with complex highly integrated systems.
Excellent knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
Solid hands ‑ on experience with microservice ‑ based architectures and API ‑ driven systems.
A pragmatic mindset – you care about clean, maintainable solutions rather than theoretical perfection.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non ‑ technical stakeholders.
Experience in banking, lending, or other highly regulated domains is an advantage.
Fluent English in spoken and written communication due to working on a Pan-Baltic level.
