Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
Legal authorization to work in the US is required
Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in power electronics product development
Understanding of fundamental EE concepts, circuit theory and operation, including Power electronics hardware
Demonstrated experience developing power converter designs (three-phase inverters, bus derived power supplies, off-line and DC/DC power supplies)
Demonstrated expertise in laboratory testing and experience with test equipment including oscilloscopes, data acquisition equipment, spectrum analyzers
Experience using modeling tools, i.e. Matlab/Simulink, Simplorer, LTSpice, and Maxwell to solve real-world problems
Knowledge of EMI noise reduction, thermal management, voltage and current sensing, and protection techniques
Exposure to EMI/EMC mitigation techniques and regulatory certification agencies such as UL & TUV
Exposure to test automation (for example Python), and data analysis tools
Exposure to AI‑enabled hardware, AI‑assisted design tools, or data‑driven engineering workflows
Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering focused in power electronics, electric machines, or control systems
