About this role
Role Overview
Receive and handle technical and digital inquiries across the CAD/CAM portfolio (restorative, implantological and other digital solutions/workflows)
Provide clinical and application-oriented advice on product use in dental practices or laboratories remotely
Ensure an outstanding customer experience through fast response times and strong problem-solving capabilities
Analyze and diagnose technical and software-related issues in the product environment and guide customers through troubleshooting
Document all customer contacts and service cases in the CRM system to support continuous improvement
Work closely with internal departments such as Product and Quality Management, R&D, Sales and local service organizations
Ensure service KPIs (e.g., accessibility, resolution rate, customer satisfaction)
Occasional travel to attend training, workshops or technical field assignments
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree in a dental, technical or medical field (e.g., dental technician, medical engineering)
Solid knowledge of digital CAD/CAM (CEREC, inLab) is an advantage
Technical understanding of hardware and software solutions in the dental environment
Strong communication skills and a pronounced customer
and service-oriented mindset
High level of initiative, commitment and goal orientation
Team player with high reliability and willingness to learn
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
Structured, independent, analytical and solution-oriented working style
Several years of professional experience in a dental practice, laboratory or dental technical support desirable
Experience with patient interaction, customer service or telephone-based consulting is an advantage
Very good written and spoken German and English; additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian) are a plus
