Role Overview
- Oversee and lead the operational activities of the organization to maximize growth and profitability
- Provide daily leadership and management to all manufacturing and operations functions
- Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, training, and development opportunities
- Direct day-to-day operations of Manufacturing and production process
- Ensure efficient operations with minimum equipment downtime and quality products
- Manage all capital expenditures
- Ensure material is received and moved correctly
- Support contract negotiations for new business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain
- At least 12 years of experience in a production environment
- At least 5 years of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people as they work
- Willing to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
