Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for the “Bird of Prey” program, encompassing all subsystems; ensure alignment with business objectives, market needs, and technological trends.
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.
Continuously evaluate and prioritize product features and improvements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and the competitive landscape.
Identify and assess new product opportunities, technologies, and strategic partnerships to expand the portfolio and secure Airbus’s competitive advantage.
Collaborate closely with internal functions (Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Senior Management) to ensure consistent alignment on the product vision and successful market introduction.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with substantial experience in product or portfolio management.
Proven experience developing product strategies and roadmaps, ideally in defense technology, aerospace, or other safety-critical systems.
Strong understanding of market analysis, competitive landscapes, and customer needs in the unmanned systems sector (UAV/C‑UAV).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present complex technical issues in a strategic manner.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and working in agile environments; excellent written and spoken English.
