Plan, manage, and monitor projects from conception through completion.
Ensure successful campaign execution as the responsible program representative, including realistic costing, implementation schedule, and risk assessment.
Define project goals, scope, resources, and schedules.
Lead interdisciplinary project teams and assign tasks.
Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Communicate with external and internal stakeholders to understand and meet their needs.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and processes.
Ensure the expected project outcome (P/L accountability).
Prepare project reports and presentations for management.
Continuously improve project management methods and processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners and subcontractors.
Take on business development tasks for the assigned area.

University degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Several years of project management experience, ideally in the defense and space sectors.
Experience as a ground-segment project or program manager for satellite systems, including definition of procurement strategy.
Technical experience with LEO constellation architecture and end-to-end (E2E) aspects is beneficial.
Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
Leadership experience and the ability to motivate teams.
