Role Overview
- Own the full sales cycle — pipeline, closing, onboarding handoff, and retention/expansion
- Build and optimize an MRR-first model
- Personally implement automation and AI tools
- Lead sales meetings and KPI reviews
- Manage and develop direct reports
- Build and maintain SOPs and templates
- Track and report KPIs including MRR mix
- Develop referral and partner channels
- Maintain a strong Google Maps presence
Requirements
- Proven 0→1 sales track record
- Experience selling monthly recurring services
- Demonstrated team leadership experience managing teams of 3–10 people
- Strong scorecard discipline
- Experience managing distributed teams across time zones
- Comfortable in a lean, fast-moving environment
- Experience working with US-based clients
