Role Overview
- Propose improvements to department/plant operations through manufacturing engineering analysis
- Responsible for strategic planning and execution of various manufacturing engineering functions
- Leadership of continuous improvement initiatives based on performance metrics
- Review production problems and implement solutions
- Develop reports, project briefings and management presentations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 16+ years related experience
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Technical skills such as CNC programming, CAD layout, GD&T, process capability theory and SPC may be required
- Able to lead cross-functional teams
- Manage medium to large projects
- Contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills.
