About this role
Role Overview
You’ll operate with a high degree of independence as a Senior Client Liaison & Business Development Analyst while supporting senior leaders and delivery teams.
You’ll serve as the primary liaison for key Texas water clients, including San Antonio–area and regional entities.
You’ll coordinate client meetings, workshops, and presentations, capturing decisions, action items, and follow‑ups.
You’ll support proactive relationship management and ongoing client engagement.
You’ll assist with opportunity identification, pipeline tracking, and pursuit coordination.
You’ll support proposal development, schedules, internal reviews, and compliance activities.
You’ll maintain accurate opportunity and sales data in internal systems, including Deltek and CRM/Sales tools.
You’ll provide administrative, reporting, and coordination support across multiple concurrent initiatives.
You’ll participate in client meetings, industry events, and conferences as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
3 years of experience in client-facing coordination, project support, business development, or operational roles
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Professional communication skills, including comfort working with senior leadership and external clients
