About this role
Role Overview
Develop talent attraction strategies aligned with the company’s positioning and organizational culture;
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for operational, tactical, and strategic positions;
Perform candidate sourcing and headhunting for critical and strategic roles;
Act as a consultative partner to leadership, supporting decision-making related to talent management;
Conduct competency-based interviews and behavioral assessments with an analytical and strategic perspective;
Prepare technical reports and qualitative analyses on candidates;
Design, monitor, and analyze recruitment and selection metrics;
Strengthen employer branding initiatives, candidate experience, and organizational culture;
Support onboarding processes and cultural integration;
Participate in the design and implementation of human and organizational development projects;
Support initiatives related to leadership, engagement, organizational climate, culture, and employee experience;
Develop projects aimed at strengthening culture and competency development;
Work with a focus on HR innovation, trends, and market best practices;
Support corporate education programs, training, and continuous development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields;
Postgraduate degree or specialization in People Management, Human Development, Organizational Psychology, or related areas will be considered a plus;
Solid experience in strategic recruitment and selection;
Experience leading HR projects and initiatives;
Consultative experience working with leadership;
Experience with culture, climate, or human development programs is a plus;
Experience in organizational transformation environments and competency-based management;
Talent attraction techniques, headhunting, and strategic selection;
Project management;
HR indicators and metrics;
Employer Branding;
ATS and recruitment platforms;
LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing strategies;
Behavioral assessment methodologies;
Organizational development, culture, and corporate education.
