Act as a trusted partner in delivering the IBP operating cadence
Drive continuous improvement in how we plan, forecast, and make informed business decisions

Experience in IBP, SIOP, or cross‑functional planning environments
Strong organisation and governance skills (plans, trackers, RAID logs)
Data‑confident, with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and insight
Ability to produce clear reports and presentations for stakeholders
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence to challenge and drive follow‑through
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with exposure to Power BI or similar tools
Understanding of workforce or resource planning principles
Desirable experience: Experience in a PMO, project coordination, or transformation support role
Familiarity with planning or ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Anaplan, Kinaxis)
Background in engineering, manufacturing, or complex operational environments
Exposure to process improvement or change initiatives
Clear interest in developing a career in IBP, business transformation, or strategic planning.
