Own the full sales cycle, with proven experience in both inbound and outbound activities.
Your main focus will be outbound.
Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor solutions that resonate with clients.
Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to shape our European expansion.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
Represent Hostaway at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand our client base.
Requirements
3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
Fluency in English.
Any additional language fluency with French, Spanish, or Italian is a bonus.
You’re a results-driven, proactive individual with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to manage the entire sales cycle.
Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a fast-growth environment.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work autonomously and adapt in a dynamic, evolving market.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
