Requirements
Proven experience in B2B/Enterprise account management, with a demonstrated focus on financial results and retention.
Strong command of revenue expansion strategies (upsell and cross-sell) and a clear ability to identify opportunities to grow business within the existing base.
Ability to act as a trusted advisor, with data analysis skills to turn numbers into actionable plans.
Full availability for frequent on-site visits to clients in Rio de Janeiro.
Solid understanding of customer success metrics and CRM tools (SenseData, Salesforce).
Active driver's license (CNH).
