Role Overview
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable routines;
- Post financial entries in the ERP system;
- Assist with cash flow monitoring and control;
- Support the preparation of financial reports;
- Assist in tracking due dates and payments;
- Support reimbursement and expense reporting procedures;
- Assist with bank reconciliations and statement verification.
Requirements
- Enrolled in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Financial Management;
- Currently in at least the 3rd semester/period of studies;
- Experience with an ERP financial system (e.g., SAP, TOTVS, Oracle, Senior, etc.);
- Microsoft Office suite.
