Financial Analyst – INFRA Partnership Investments

Role Overview

• Support the Private Infrastructure Partnership investment team in evaluating, executing, and monitoring non-control private infrastructure investments.
• Build and run financial models across a range of transaction types.
• Conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative due diligence by reviewing various financial and commercial materials.
• Prepare investment memoranda, transaction summaries, valuation analyses, and Investment Committee materials.
• Support live transaction execution by coordinating diligence workstreams and managing follow-up items.
• Support portfolio monitoring and asset management after closing by updating valuation and return models.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a transaction-focused environment such as infrastructure investing, private equity, private market secondaries, principal investing, investment banking, M&A, or transaction advisory.
• Hands-on exposure to financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, transaction execution, investment committee materials, or transaction presentations.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities, including building models from scratch.
• Strong understanding of core investment and valuation concepts such as DCF, IRR, MOIC, cash flow forecasting, sensitivity analysis, leverage, capital structure, and risk assessment.
• Ability to analyze investment opportunities with incomplete or imperfect information.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
• Strong academic credentials in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
• Prior exposure to infrastructure assets or sectors such as energy, transport, utilities, and digital infrastructure is advantageous.
