Take ownership of designing and implementing new features across the full development lifecycle
Make technical decisions together with the team that significantly shape the evolution of our software
Proactively introduce modern tools and technologies (e.g., Cursor, AI assistants) into the development process
Work in an agile, proactive way as an equal member of a motivated, young team

Several years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a focus on web development (no junior/entry-level applicants)
Hands-on experience with modern technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, and React, and experience with SQL databases
Independent, proactive working style and a strong sense of personal responsibility
Intrinsic motivation: you explore new tools (Cursor, AI-assisted development, modern frameworks) on your own initiative and apply them effectively
Good written and spoken English skills
