About this role
Role Overview
Provide administrative support for ABA operations and clinical teams
Manage scheduling, appointments, and staff coordination
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with company policies
Assist with onboarding, credentialing, and employee documentation
Coordinate communication between therapists, families, and internal departments
Support billing, authorizations, and insurance-related administrative tasks
Monitor and update spreadsheets, databases, and reporting systems
Handle incoming emails, calls, and administrative inquiries professionally
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
Assist management with operational and administrative projects as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or ABA services
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling systems
Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of ABA terminology and healthcare administration preferred
Experience working with US-based clients or healthcare systems is an advantage
