Monitor all social channels (X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to respond to player inquiries, celebrate big wins, and foster a positive community environment.
Identify and escalate complex player issues, technical bugs, or VIP inquiries to the OSMM or Customer Support teams.
Assist in the production of "on-the-fly" social content. Adapt and translate brand messaging to ensure it resonates with the sports and casino culture.
Own the technical execution of the social calendar, ensuring all approved posts are scheduled and go live accurately across all platforms.
Monitor organic post performance in real-time; identify high-performing content and flag it for the paid media team to receive "boosted" spend.
Pull monthly raw data and metrics; contribute initial insights on community sentiment and engagement trends to monthly performance reports.
Requirements
Deep understanding of X, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook algorithms and community norms.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adopt a specific brand "voice" (witty, professional, or high-energy).
Ability to manage multiple posting schedules without errors in copy or links.
Must be located in or willing to work from our Lisbon hub.
Internships or 1 year of experience in social media, PR, or customer-facing roles.
