Responsible for a designated product portfolio within neurosurgery, driving sales and marketing efforts across Finland
Achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities and maintaining key customer contacts
Educate customers on portfolio through technical and clinical training and product demonstrations
Analyze market data to optimize territory plans and support decision-making
Represent the company at industry fairs and events, promoting products and building relationships
Actively participate both in the pre-tender process as well as tender submission, providing market insights and product expertise
Requirements
Solid commercial experience from the MedTech industry
Skilled at building long-term, business-driving relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Self-motivated and takes full ownership of your product portfolio
Background as a nurse, preferably with specialist training in surgery and/or anesthesia, or equivalent experience from the MedTech or healthcare sector
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
Effective communication skills across all levels of the patient care team
