Enhance Microsoft Dynamics Solutions – Support and sometimes lead the development and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service solutions.
Ensure Best Practices – Implement best-in-class configuration, customisation and development standards.
Act as an SME for Microsoft Dynamics Technical Solutions – Provide expertise in Power Automate flows, connectors and relevant components, middleware solutions and data warehouse integrations (ADF and other solutions).
Act as an SME for Microsoft Dynamics Solution Integrations – Be an expert in how Microsoft Dynamics intersects with other platforms; designing and owning integration data flows between them.
Support Solution Design – Feedback on how solutions are designed and support delivering scalable, high-performance Microsoft Dynamics solutions tailored to business needs.
Upskill Junior Team Members – Mentor and develop internal Microsoft Dynamics resources, fostering technical growth within the team.
Stakeholder Engagement – Able to engage and impress at Director and Exec level stakeholders both on the business side and technical side.
Requirements
Experience across systems audits, requirements gathering and process mapping
Creating functional and technical design documentation
Creating data architecture diagrams
Creating entity relationship diagrams
Creating end user acceptance testing scripts and supporting UAT process
Creation of end user support and training material
Understanding of Sales and Customer Service Processes
Experience customising, configuring and developing Dynamics 365 solutions
Experience building apps within D365 Sales/Customer Engagement (CE)
Experience customising and configuring D365 Customer Service
Experience building agents in Microsoft Co-Pilot studio
Good understanding and experience in Microsoft Power Platform
Understand and experience in building Microsoft PowerApps
An understanding and experience of JavaScript code desirable
An understanding and experience of C# code desirable
Certifications within Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform desirable (PL-900, PL-200, PL-400 etc.)
Comfortable in delivering technical demonstrations to stakeholders
Worked across accounts with sizeable budget and multiple markets
Comfortable building strong working relationships, both within the business and with clients, and a keenness to maintain and develop these relationships
Ability to work at pace and retain a keen attention to detail, as well as collaborate with teams in different locations/time zones
