Role Overview
- Lead and manage water or wastewater projects from feasibility and design through to implementation and commissioning
- Build and strengthen client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor
- Provide tailored engineering solutions that align with client objectives
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes
- Mentor and support junior engineers and team members
Requirements
- 12–15 years’ experience in water or wastewater treatment
- Strong capability in process design and/or wastewater process modelling using BioWin and/or SUMO
- Proven ability to win and deliver work
- Advanced qualifications in Chemical and Process Engineering, Wastewater Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline
- Professional accreditation and project management certification are highly desirable
- Strong understanding of relevant industry regulations and standards
- Established client network within the water or wastewater sector
- Self-driven, personable, and client-focused approach
