Act as the first point of contact for SCADA and OT system faults and technical issues, both onshore and offshore
Support planning and execution of maintenance activities and troubleshooting of OT systems
Perform failure analysis and develop improvement proposals to enhance system reliability
Support offshore technicians with troubleshooting and maintenance through on-site presence or remote guidance
Prepare work instructions, technical documentation, and training materials
Report, track, and prioritize incidents, modifications, and documentation changes in ticket systems
Coordinate and monitor external suppliers during troubleshooting and system improvement activities
Participate in maintenance planning in cooperation with planners and corporate departments
Conduct offshore inspections to verify system condition and oversee contractor performance
Contribute to the development and improvement of SCADA and OT operational processes and policies
Support the implementation of new system functions in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Experience working with SCADA and OT systems, preferably in wind, energy, or industrial environments
Knowledge of network technologies (e.g. Cisco networking / CCNA)
Familiarity with SCADA systems from relevant manufacturers
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, SAP, and new digital tools
Communicate confidently in English (minimum B2 level) and Polish
Offshore-suitable and willing to obtain required GWO certifications
Demonstrate strong cooperation skills and can work effectively across multiple interfaces
