Serve as a key communications partner to our Enterprise Service leaders, working to communicate their key priorities to a variety of audiences
Align strategy and integrate efforts of the One Aerospace Site Council, fostering employee collaboration and engagement across all Aerospace sites
Leverage different channels to engage employees across nationwide locations
Develop and execute communications initiatives, with a special emphasis on supporting transformation efforts within our OCFO and OCIO organizations
Partner across our Corporate Communications creative teams (i.e. graphics, video) to create compelling communications deliverables
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English or other related field
Three or more years of relevant internal communications, corporate communications and/or employee engagement experience
Outstanding writing and editing expertise, with a proven ability to tailor communications for executives, managers, or employees
Meticulous organizational skills paired with attention to detail, ensuring seamless project execution and operational excellence
Exceptional interpersonal acumen that fosters effective collaboration across internal and external teams with complex organizational structures
Five or more years of relevant internal communications, corporate communications and/or employee engagement experience (for III).
