lead the planning, sequencing, and delivery of Employee Service Center (ESC) and People Solutions Operations initiatives
partner with People Solutions Operations leadership, CoE sponsors, ESC leaders, HRTS, Process Improvement, and Communications
manage moderately complex projects across the ESC and People Solutions Operations portfolio
drive stakeholder alignment, risk, and change communications and campaigns
support continuous improvement of project management practices and capability within the Portfolio team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4 years’ relevant experience
different combinations of education and experience accepted (e.g., master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years’ experience in a related field)
experience leading moderately complex, cross‑functional programs and projects impacting both technology and business processes
working knowledge of project management and process improvement concepts
excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
proficient with business productivity and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
