Participate in workstreams as a recon subject matter expert for digital asset operations
Foster alignment between value streams, manage interdependencies, and deliver value at an organizational level
Establish risk control procedures to ensure risk excellence across all capabilities
Partner with testing teams to develop, test, and enhance capability development in UAT and Production
Manage risks, resources, and stakeholder communications across the workstream

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
Knowledge of reconciliation systems, data flows, and overall operating model
Experience performing and reviewing cash and trades reconciliations for clients
Collaboration with other recon business units and departments within State Street
Hands-on experience with digital assets and wallets, distributed ledger technology, tokenization is preferred
