About this role
Role Overview
Own and execute the national account strategy for a defined set of the firm’s largest intermediary platforms
Drive asset growth and improving placement for State Street Investment Management solutions
Develop and deepen relationships with key home office and platform decision-makers
Lead strategic partnership initiatives with key intermediary programs
Drive new platform onboarding and expansion
Partner with regional consultants, marketing, product, investments, and operations to deliver coordinated coverage
Lead senior-level presentations, product training, and due diligence meetings
Monitor industry, platform, and regulatory developments
Provide senior management with disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in asset management sales
Proven track record of owning and growing large intermediary platforms and influencing senior home office decision-makers
Deep understanding of intermediary distribution (wirehouse, IBD, RIA platforms)
Strong preference for experience across ETFs and model portfolios
Familiarity with related solutions (SMAs, direct indexing, alternatives)
Strong understanding of financial markets and portfolio construction
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA and/or CFA designation preferred
Series 7 and 63/65 licenses strongly preferred
