About this role

Partner closely with engineering teams to translate index designs and research outputs into scalable, production-ready solutions on cloud-based platforms (e.g. AWS)
Drive the integration of new technologies, including AI/LLM capabilities, into research workflows, analytics, and product development processes
Contribute to the development of new index products, from feasibility through to implementation and launch
Develop analytical tools, frameworks, and processes that improve scalability, efficiency, and reproducibility of research

Significant experience in equity research, index research, or quantitative investment roles
Strong understanding of index construction and portfolio techniques
Strong technical background, including hands-on experience with Python
Experience working in data-intensive analytical environments
Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
Curiosity about and practical exposure to AI/LLM tools
Proven record to contribute to product development
Strong communication skills
Experience engaging both technical and non-technical participants
Experience operating in a multi-functional, global environment
