About this role
Role Overview
Drive revenue growth and accelerate partner engagement across Education and Government sectors
Develop and execute on AWS Public Sector strategy
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key AWS Public Sector stakeholders
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis
Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and accelerate business development
Engage directly with key existing customers to understand their needs
Requirements
Four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field)
Minimum 8 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience
Strong understanding of strategic selling principles
Advanced knowledge of Ingram Micro’s solutions, products, services, and value proposition
Proven success in growing and maintaining year-over-year sales results
Skilled in negotiations and closing sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to conduct in person customer engagements
Ability to demonstrate business and financial acumen
