Developing digital campaign strategies and delivery plans, and implementing digital communication campaigns for clients as part of wider integrated campaigning efforts
Building strong client relationships, and providing day-to-day support on client accounts, leading on digital communications in account teams
Implementing and shaping paid digital promotion campaigns using platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, and display advertising
Consulting with clients to develop great, creative digital campaign ideas which deliver against client strategy
Providing insight for clients and the business on the latest developments in the digital world
Driving a programmatic approach marketing for the Group
managing up, down and across
Contributing to organic growth and new business efforts

3+ years of experience in digital campaigns
Strong experience in delivering multi-channel digital communication campaigns
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
Experience working with social media monitoring and publishing tools
Experience creating and leading on the creation of content for a variety of channels including web pieces (blogs/landing pages), social media posts, graphics, and videos
Experience working on campaigns with high political relevance or organisational significance
Experience of managing CMS platforms (WordPress or equivalent)
Basic Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Rush, InDesign etc) or equivalent design software
Social media video production and editing skills are not essential but would be highly favourable
Must be interested in applying digital skills to public affairs and policy challenges.
