Responsible for making substantive contributions to the Advanced Instruments Artel Bio Portfolio growth in the life science markets
Implementing strategic customer-facing programs for products and services in defined territory
Reaching quarterly and annual sales quotas and achieving opportunity creation targets
Identifying and solving customer pains in their automation workflows financially and technically
Handling objections, negotiating value, promoting key benefits of working with the company

Bachelors degree in business, science, or engineering (or equivalent experience)
5 years of experience in capital equipment sales
Preferred experience in automated liquid handling in Biotech / biopharma market focus
Experienced in complex sales processes
Excellent verbal and written communication, both commercially and technically
Highly interpersonal and strong passion for sales methodology
Good level in IT (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with CRM (ideally Salesforce.com)
Strong presentation skills
Willing to travel 50% of working time
English is a mandatory, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
