Requirements
- at least 6 years of experience working hands-on as a Software Engineer in an agile environment
- expertise in object-oriented Java development
- proficiency in React development
- experience with automated testing
- experience with evolutionary design
- proficiency working in a CI/CD environment
- ability to isolate and address performance problems
- knowledge of Spring application development (preferred)
- proficiency in team leadership (preferred)
- experience with Extreme Programming practices and principles (preferred)
- working knowledge of cloud architecture and 12-factor applications (preferred)
- understanding of continuous improvement (preferred)
- experience leveraging AI to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality (preferred)
