Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of Project Management experience
4+ years managing large-scale, complex construction projects
Demonstrated ability to independently lead project planning and execution
Proven ability to communicate project status effectively to executive-level leadership
Ability to engage and communicate across all levels of stakeholders
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate documentation
Experience in contract and vendor management.
