Role Overview
- Serve as the program’s primary point of contact with physicians
- Educate physicians and their staff about the program’s available services
- Provide guidance on treatments to manage physician expectations regarding reimbursement
- Review patient records to complete required forms for reimbursement efficiently
- Assist physicians in completing Special Authorization (SA) forms and other documents
- Provide regular updates to physicians about their patients
- Customize program elements to meet the needs of physicians under your responsibility
- Collaborate with other team members
- Attend scheduled physician meetings with commercial representatives
- Report adverse events
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- A degree in a related field (pharmacy, sciences) or equivalent transferable skills may be acceptable
- Experience in public or private third-party reimbursement, pharmaceutical sales, managed care, clinical support, or related experience is an asset
- Bilingualism is an asset (required for positions in Quebec)
- CFPC certification is an asset
