Oversee all investor reporting and servicing transfer activities
Lead the company’s servicing activities related to its non agency loan offerings and non-agency investors
Ensure seamless servicing transfer's, accurate/timely investor reporting, operational readiness, compliance, and best in class execution
Serve as a key subject matter expert on non agency servicing
Act as a strategic partner to capital markets, compliance, finance and accounting
Manage a team that monitors and guides the activities of the subservicers
Lead and mentor a team of servicing professionals, ensuring strong controls, documentation, and issue resolution
Serve as the primary servicing operations liaison for MSR sale transactions
Direct responsibility for accurate, timely investor reporting and remittance for investors
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting packages
Serve as escalation point for investor inquiries, reconciliations, audits, and servicing performance reviews
Partner with Capital Markets, Legal, and Finance teams on new securitization issuances
Manage relationships with non agency investors, trustees, custodians, and third party administrators
Requirements
10+ years of related experience in residential mortgage servicing, Investor reporting, non-agency servicing or similar field.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Previous leadership experience required.
Advanced to expert knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending including; sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
Advanced to expert knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
Advanced to expert experience with private label securitization (PLS) structures, PSAs, and investor reporting/remittance, as well as servicing transfer's related to MSR Sales.
Advanced experience interacting with non-agency investors, trustees, and third-party service providers.
